Terms of service

Falco is a job-search agent. You give it your CV and tell it what you are looking for. It reads public job postings, scores them against your CV, tailors your CV for the roles you pick, and files those applications on your instruction. These terms are the agreement between you and Bouzidi Labs, who runs this Falco.
What Falco does, and does not do
- How much Falco sends on its own is a dial you set, and it starts at the cautious end. On Prepare, I press send — the setting every account begins on — nothing leaves until you tap. You can move the dial so that Falco also sends by itself, to roles scoring at or above a bar you choose, up to a daily cap you choose. If you do, applications will go out that you have not read first. You are shown each one afterwards, with a fingerprint of exactly what was sent, and you can move the dial back at any time.
- Some questions are never Falco's to answer, whatever the dial says: anything about disability or health, a criminal record, any legal attestation, whether you would relocate, and your salary. Falco stops and hands those to you. So is any question your CV does not answer — it will not guess.
- Falco writes from your CV and nothing else. It may cut, reorder and rephrase what you wrote. It may not add. A claim it cannot trace back to something you gave it stops the application and comes to you instead.
- Some employers insist on an account before they will take an application. If — and only if — you switch that on, Falco creates one in your name on that employer's site, with a password it generates and only you can read, and accepts that employer's terms on your behalf. It is off unless you turn it on. Some employers do not want applications made this way, and if one objects, it is your standing with that employer at stake. You can see every account Falco holds for you, and delete any of them, in Settings.
- Falco never uses a password of yours for any other site, and there is nowhere in Falco to put one.
- You can pause Falco from the top of Settings. While your search is paused it hunts nothing and sends nothing, until you resume it.
The Chrome extension and LinkedIn
- Falco has an extension for Chrome that works inside your own browser. It fills in LinkedIn Easy Apply forms from your CV and your answers.
- It presses Submit on LinkedIn only if you allowed it. That permission is off unless you turn it on, and without it the extension fills the form and leaves the last press to you.
- Your LinkedIn login stays in your browser. Falco never sees your LinkedIn password or session, and never signs in to LinkedIn from anywhere else. The extension works only while your browser is open and signed in.
- Easy Apply is LinkedIn's own feature, and LinkedIn's terms apply to how you use it. If LinkedIn objects to applications made this way, it is your LinkedIn account at stake.
Giving Falco permission in one tap
- When you set Falco up, one screen asks whether it may apply for you, create employer accounts where one is required, and press Submit on LinkedIn in your browser. You can switch any of these off before you agree.
- What we record when you agree: a fingerprint of the exact wording you were shown, the version of that wording and of these terms, and the time. We do not need to keep a copy of the screen, because the fingerprint shows which words it was.
- Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing. Turn any of these off in Settings, at any time. From that moment Falco stops sending anything on its own and goes back to waiting for your tap. Applications already sent stay with the employer.
- Falco finds and files. It cannot promise an interview, an offer, or a job, and it does not claim to make one more likely.
Your side
- Your CV and your answers are true. You are responsible for what Falco sends on your behalf, because it only ever sends what you gave it.
- One account per person, used for your own job search. You may run a search for someone else only with their permission.
- No abuse: no fabricated profiles, no using Falco to reach employers for anything other than a genuine application.
Price and trial
- Falco costs €29 / month or 219 kr / month, billed monthly through Stripe.
- There is no free trial on this installation.
- Cancel any time from the Plan page, in the same few taps it took to start. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. No further charges, and no notice period.
- Prices include VAT where it applies. If a price changes, you are told by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day this agreement starts to withdraw from it, for any reason or none. This is your right under Danish law (forbrugeraftaleloven § 18) and nothing on this page takes it away.
Falco starts hunting the moment you sign up, which is what you asked it to do — so if you withdraw part-way through, you pay for the days it worked and we refund the rest. During a free trial that is nothing at all, because you have not yet paid anything.
To withdraw, write to hello@falco-job.com from the address on your account and say so. Any clear statement is enough; you do not have to give a reason and you do not have to use a form. If you would rather use one, this is it:
To Bouzidi Labs, hello@falco-job.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Falco service.
Ordered on: [date]
Name: [your name]
Address: [your address]
Date: [today]
We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with. Cancelling a subscription and withdrawing are different things: cancelling stops the next charge, withdrawing unwinds the one you already made.
If you are unhappy
Write to hello@falco-job.com first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it. If that does not settle it, you can take a complaint to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk, and from there to Forbrugerklagenævnet. It costs a small fee and you can do it yourself.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Falco at any moment by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account (see the privacy page). We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Liability
Falco is provided as it is. Bouzidi Labs is not liable for a lost opportunity, a rejected application, or an employer's decision. If something on our side goes wrong and you are owed anything, it is capped at what you paid Falco in the three months before it happened. Nothing here limits what consumer law in your country gives you.
